Shipping and Returns
Information and delivery policy
When you order from PLOFIX, delivery can be made by several recognized carrier companies throughout Belgium and Europe. When you order online, you will see the transport options applicable to you.
Delivery times vary depending on the chosen carrier. For Belgian residents, they are generally between 3 and 5 working days.
Shipping costs are applicable to all orders under €125 excluding VAT. These costs will be adjusted according to the weight of your order, the delivery address and the chosen carrier. Shipping costs are calculated automatically when ordering online and you can choose from the available carriers.
Minimum order amount:
There is no minimum order amount.
International Shipping:
Orders leave our warehouses within 24 to 48 hours. The delivery amount and delivery times depend on the country of delivery. An estimate is available from the first page of the basket based on the weight of the chosen items and the country you have indicated. We offer different types of shipments, tracked or not, by air with the DHL company.
Receiving your order:
Your satisfaction is important to us. When receiving your order, make sure that the packaging is not damaged. If the box is broken, check its contents before the carrier leaves. In the event of item(s) broken during transport, ask the carrier to make a report and contact us to file a claim.
In case of missing or broken item(s) during transport, contact us immediately. No request will be processed after three (3) business days following receipt of your order.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return due to order error:
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with a representative duly accredited by PLOFIX BELGIUM.
Returned products must be in their original condition: the packaging must be intact and the item must not have been used.
If the error is ours, we will ensure that it is corrected as quickly as possible.
In case the error is on the part of the customer, exchange or credit of the product is possible, but the return costs are at the customer's expense. The customer must return the product within 30 days of the invoice date of the purchase, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
You must contact one of our representatives within 7 days of receiving your order. No requests will be processed after this 7 business day period.
Return of a purchased product that does not meet your expectations **:
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement with a representative duly accredited by PLOFIX BELGIUM.
For a refund, after acceptance of your return, a 20% fee will be charged for handling the return of goods.
For an exchange or credit applicable to a future order, after acceptance of your return, no fees will be charged for handling the return of merchandise.
Return shipping costs for products are the customer's responsibility, whether for a refund or credit.
